POLICIES AND DEPOSITS

One night's rent is required as a deposit upon reservation. For a week's stay, $150 deposit is required. Should cancellation be necessary, our policy is to refund 90% of the deposit with at least 14 days notice. After that, we will refund only if the cottage is re-rented for the same period. However, we cannot refund due to weather changes.

Check-in time is 3 p.m.
Check-out time is 10 a.m.
Minimum stay is two nights
Open all year around
No Smoking Preferred
